May a wife give her turn (giliran) to her co-wife?

Yes. A wife may give her turn to a particular co-wife, or to the husband to allocate, provided the husband agrees.
Sawdah bint Zam'ah r.a., wife of the Prophet ﷺ, gave her day in the rotation to Aishah r.a., and the Prophet ﷺ then allotted Aishah two days (Sahih al-Bukhari; Sahih Muslim). Surah an-Nisa' 4:128 also permits reconciliation between husband and wife by giving up part of one's rights. This gift must be made willingly, not under compulsion or pressure. The wife may withdraw the gift for the future at any time, and her original turn returns to her. See Fiqh of polygyny.
