Start by acknowledging your wife's hurt, without blaming the court, the circumstances or her. For your wife, the process may have felt like watching herself being weighed up. Say sincerely, for example, ‘I understand this process has hurt you, love, and I want to make it right.’ Then prove it through actions: end the relationship with the prospective wife clearly, be open about your phone and your time, and spend time together consistently.
