How can I help my little one's speech development?

Children learn to talk by hearing plenty of warm language every day, not from screens. Talk to him throughout the daily routine, name the things he sees, and give him time to reply without cutting him off. Sing simple songs, read books, and repeat his words with the correct pronunciation without mocking him. Cut down screen time, because it replaces the conversation he needs. Encourage him to ask with words, not just by pointing. Every child develops at a different pace, but if you are worried he is far behind or is losing skills he already had, see a doctor or specialist for an early check. See children.
