🕊️ Conflict & resolution · #185

I feel no one hears my suffering in this relationship. Does Allah know what I am going through?

Allah knows and hears every hardship you face, even at the moments you feel most alone. Allah says: “Indeed, Allah has heard the word of the woman who complains to you concerning her husband” (Surah al-Mujadilah 58:1). The complaint of a wronged woman was heard in the heavens, so do not lose hope in His mercy. Yet relying on Allah goes hand in hand with taking safe steps in this world. If you are in danger, call the police on 999, and Talian Kasih 15999 for support. Keep praying while seeking help from those who can assist. You are seen, heard and valued. See mental health.
