If the wives live in the same house in separate rooms, how is the rota arranged?
Even if the wives live in one house, each is entitled to her own specific and private rota night. Remember too that each wife has the right to her own housing, so a shared-house arrangement is only appropriate with each wife's consent. One roof does not remove the right to the rota; provide a comfortable separate space for each wife so privacy and affection are protected. On a wife's night, give her your full attention and avoid going in and out of another wife's room without need. A shared-house arrangement calls for finer manners because everyone is close and easily hurt. Agree on shared rules about common spaces and private time. If tension arises because of this closeness, consider separate housing or get counselling. See fiqh of polygyny.
