| You use SAKINAH (Family Head Centre) | Member account: username, password (stored only as a hash) and role (husband or wife). Family data you enter: family name, households, members, children and their dates of birth, the rotation and reasons for changes, calendar, maintenance, requests and replies, tasks, and menstrual-cycle records. These names, personal dates and all of this text are encrypted with a family key that only members' passwords can open; each wife holds the key to her own household only. Maintenance amounts and the dates of events and the rotation are stored unencrypted so they can be calculated, but without any readable names or notes. "Try the demo" uses sample data only, which is deleted after 48 hours. | To let your family manage its own affairs. What we do not do
- No tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party scripts that track you.
- IP addresses are kept only in the security log (90 days), the web server log (14 days), and with Club registrations and forum messages (90 days). Visitor statistics, the search log and click counts do not store IP addresses.
- Your data is not sold or shared with anyone, except where required by law.
Cookies and fonts
This site uses only functional cookies: language choice (365 days), theme choice (180 days), and a session cookie when you sign in or write in the Club forum (expires after 8 hours). SAKINAH members also receive a family-key cookie (httpOnly, expires after 8 hours) that is not stored on the server. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the data you have sent. Use the comment box below and state "privacy request" along with your email — we will reply within 21 days.
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers and protected by Cloudflare. Updated: 14 October 2026.
