The Department of Biology at 日韩AV is looking for a highly qualified biologist to fill a tenure-track position, beginning fall 2025. Oversees all aspects of the PhD Counseling Psychology and MA Counselor Education students’ clinical training experiences for the GPC department.  Help in coordinating departmental efforts in establishing training sites for MA student placement and works with APPIC as the Director of Training for the doctoral Counseling Psychology program to facilitate student internship placements.   The coordinator collaborates with the Andrews Community Counseling Center Director as well as other faculty in constructing student application guidelines and procedures for counseling students. The coordinator will have both administrative and teaching duties. 

• Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology preferably with a State licensure as a Counselor (LPC)
• EPPP licensure required.

The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at 日韩AV is seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual for a full-time (12-month) tenure track Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) faculty to teach in a NAACLS accredited MLS Program. The applicant should possess skills to effectively teach university courses for MLS students and participate in appropriate scholarly and service activities consistent with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences. The candidate should demonstrate competence in both didactic and clinical education as well as curriculum development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in MLS or related area.
• Doctoral or Ph.D. degree preferred.
• National (U.S.) recognized Medical Laboratory Science certification such as that offered by the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
• Minimum of three years of generalist clinical experience with preferred emphasis on immunology/immunohematology (blood bank/transfusion medicine)
• Commitment to professional development.

The Doctoral Capstone Coordinator will oversee and manage the capstone project for the OTD program. The DCC reports to the Program Director and will teach capstone courses, secure capstone sites, support the development of capstone mentors, and monitor students' progress throughout the capstone process, ensuring alignment with the academic program’s curricular design. The DCC will also ensure the OTD program's compliance with ACOTE capstone requirements. The DCC will work closely with the AFWC and other faculty members. This position requires frequent travel to various doctoral capstone experiential sites, so the ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to travel. 

The ideal candidate must possess a post-professional doctoral degree (OTD, PhD, DHSc, etc.) from a USDE accredited institution and be registered with NBCOT/AOTA. Additionally, they must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an occupational therapist in Michigan, with at least three years of clinical experience. The doctoral degree may be in occupational therapy or a related field. The ideal applicant should have DCC experience .

The School of Social Work at 日韩AV is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Social Work beginning July 1, 2025. Interest in BSW Program Director position is highly desirable. Teaching areas may include Introduction to Social Work, Social Welfare, Foundations of Practice, and Social Policy.  Background in clinical settings is desirable.  Other responsibilities include academic advising, recruiting and service to the department, University, and the surrounding community.
