The responsibilities of this position are to fulfill the needs of a Security Officer, capable of working in the Patrol and Dispatch Division. Maintains, repairs, and installs power on H.V.A.C. and refrigeration equipment in campus housing and university buildings by performing the following duties.

Maintains, inspects and installs all heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, fans, vacuum pumps, air compressors, vents, ducts, and pneumatic and DDC control systems on the university campus. Rotates weekend shifts to take call for emergency service calls including repairs beyond normal work hours as required. Cross trained to operate automatically fired boilers, chillers and perform maintenance on chilled water systems throughout campus.
