Group Fitness Classes

Please note the following requirements for attending in-person classes:

  1. All participants MUST reserve a spot for class on our website (or by calling 269-471-6090) to attend. Class registration opens 48 hours in advance.
  2. You must arrive to class on time in order to claim your reserved spot. When class begins, no-shows forfeit reservations to those present.
  3. Participants are required to wipe down any equipment used during class when done.
  4. Participants are required to follow all instructions presented by staff or on signage. Those who fail to comply may be asked to leave.
  5. Those not feeling well should NOT ATTEND.

 

Class Descriptions

Name of Class Description
Advanced Bungee Take your bungee skills to new heights with this intermediate class. Participants MUST attend at least five beginner classes before signing up. Please note there is a 305 lb. weight limit. This class is NOT appropriate for those who are pregnant or have recently given birth/had surgery.
Aqua Pilates Are you ready to get “on board” to improve your flexibility, balance, posture, and strength?  The Aqua Body Strong board is the place to be!  This water class will focus on pilates, stretching, strength training, breathing and relaxation techniques.  Exercises are performed on the Aqua Body Strong board, so be prepared to get “on board” and have some fun!
Barre Sculpt your body with this total-body Ballet-inspired Barre workout.  Focus will be placed on full range of motion movements and functional strength training to strengthen arms, legs and core.
Beginning Bungee Have you ever wished you could fly? This introduction to bungee fitness is an amazing low-impact, high-intensity class that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Please note there is a 305 lb. weight limit. This class is NOT appropriate for those who are pregnant or have recently given birth/had surgery.
Beginning Circuit Training This class focuses on high repetition, low resistance workouts with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle strength, while improving cardiovascular fitness. Great for all  levels!
Bodyweight Revolution Build strength, coordination and cardiovascular endurance through functional bodyweight training as you move your the beat. 
Cardio Beats Fun and energizing cardio class utilizing choreographed movement sequences to music to challenge body and mind.
Cardio Drumming Cardio drumming takes a simple movement - drumming - and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great.
CIRCL Mobility Express This 15-minute class will release physical restrictions, restore core capabilities, and renew your range of motion with flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.
Cross-Trainning A strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. All movements can be modified to fit your fitness level!
Flex & Balance A great class for all fitness levels with an inclusive approach to fitness including strength, flexibility and balance training.  Dynamic and static modes of movement, varied with and without equipment,  are incorporated for consistent challenges to improve fitness.
GRIT Strength This class is a combination of body weight, dumbells, bands and yoga ball. Working out together as a group but individualizing weight.  This is for beginners to intermediate learning proper technique and form while strengthening muscles.
H2O Fit Make a splash in this upbeat class! Meet in the pool for an excellent workout that is also easy on the joints.
Kickboxing Kickboxing fundamentals (utilizing a soft bag) emphasizing proper technique to maximize the benefit of each punch and kick.  Participants are taught various kicks and punches while rotating through cardio stations.
Metabolic Conditioning Weight/interval training class designed to make you stronger!  Will offer a range of lifting exercises to build muscular strength and endurance while adding a core and balance component to each move.
Movement Therapy Improve balance, rhythm, flexibility and strength with this low-impact class.
Pilates This class teaches the fundamentals and proper techniques of mat Pilates mat, while focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness.  It's designed to align, lengthen and strengthen the body. 
Power Beats Build strength to the beat with choreographed resistance training for a fun, effective, full-body workout in only 30 minutes.
Senior Strength Low impact strength training for seniors. We use weights, bands and so much more!
Spin X A 30 minute medium-high intensity cycling class which provides a cardiovascular and endurance workout to help support your fitness goals.
Step Revolution Step aerobics gets redefined with functional training to build strength, stamina and coordination.
