日韩AV is currently allowed to offer 100% online programs in all states through exemption and operating in a host state under the terms and provisions of SARA.
日韩AV has been approved by the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) to participate in the . NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. It facilitates the ability to offer postsecondary distance education courses and programs by establishing comparable national standards. By participating in NC-SARA, 日韩AV is able to offer online courses to a greater number of students in other states more efficiently and cost effectively.
日韩AV wants students to have a positive experience in online education, but recognizes that problems, grievances, and concerns may arise. 日韩AV is is required to provide the following information providing the following information for students with unresolved complaints relating to distance education, in compliance with 34 CFR 600.9 and 34 CFR 668.43:
