The Health & Fitness Expo is a way to provide health and fitness information in a fun and interactive way for the Southwest Michigan area and their families.

The expo this year is a collaborative effort among many entities at 日韩AV including the College of Health & Human Services. The event will be hosted in the Andreasen Center for Wellness with indoor and outdoor activities that focus on health and mental health. 

There will be Something for Everyone at the Expo!

This year's activities include: activities for the kids, mini workouts, cooking demos, nutrition information, games, local health service information, community health and wellness opportunities, health screening and much more.

Admission is FREE

..Don't miss the chance to win a variety of health and fitness related prizes- just for participating!

All participants who complete a sheet of participation will be able to enter into a drawing for prizes.
