The free event is for the whole family and will feature local businesses and campus departments providing activities, samples and services geared towards health and wellness. Enjoy time with a trained therapy dog, a chair massage or a delicious treat from BOBA. Students in attendance can enter to win an Apple Watch.

Presented by Dr. Anne Dudley, DO, DipABLM, a Lifestyle Medicine certified physician and pediatrician and Alaina Elder-Correa, chef instructor and organizer for Corewell Health Lakeland culinary medicine classes and diabetes prevention lifestyle coach. Self-Defense Class

Join us to learn life-saving self-defense skills and get a great workout! Physical therapist and self-defense expert, Aristede Dukes, will instruct participants in Krav Maga style techniques that can be utilized effectively in a life-or-death situation. This event is open to the community, and spots are limited. Please note this is the same class twice. Participants may sign up for one session only. Duplicate entries will be canceled. Cocurricular credit will be available for students.

Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, will be the first opportunity for many students to vote in a presidential election. We want to ensure that everyone who is eligible to vote has the ability to do so.
Watch for the upcoming voter information and registration activities:
Sept. 17: Constitution Day/Voter Information Day
Stop by our table in the Campus Center from 12:30–2 p.m. to learn more about the right to vote, who can vote, how to vote and where to vote.
Sept. 24: Cocurricular Short Course Session
Come to our workshop on "Everything You Need to Know About Voting" in Nethery Hall, Room 200, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Cocurricular credit offered for undergraduate students.
Oct. 1, 2, 3, 7, 8: Non-Partisan Voter Registration Drive
Whether your home is in Michigan or you live in Michigan while going to school at 日韩AV, you are eligible to vote in Michigan if you 1) are a United States citizen and 2) will be 18 years old before Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024.
Come to our booth in the Campus Center (open 11 a.m.–2 p.m.) and become a registered voter in Michigan!
If your home is elsewhere and you plan to register and vote in another state, we recommend learning more about the absentee voting process in your state by going or attending our Sept. 17 & 24 events.

日韩AV is pleased to announce another joint Career Fair sponsored by the College of Professions, the Community & International Development program and the Career Center. It will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 10:30 a.m.–2 p.m. at the gymnasium of the Andreasen Center for Wellness.
This event will provide undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to connect with recruiters from local, regional and national businesses for employment or internships. Students from the entire campus are invited!
