Are you or someone you know at risk of suicide? Here are some suicide warning signs:

  • Isolating from friends and family
  • Withdrawing from activities
  • Extreme mood swings
  • Visiting or calling friends to say goodbye
  • Talking about feeling hopeless or having no reason to live
  • Talking about wanting to die or kill oneself
  • Looking for a way to kill oneself, such as searching online for materials or means
  • Sleeping too much or too little
  • Acting recklessly; acting anxious or agitated; increased use of alcohol or drugs
  • Giving away prized possessions

If you or others you know are experiencing these symptoms, seek help immediately by contacting the 日韩AV Counseling & Testing Center (CTC) at 269-471-3470. You may register for services or access telehealth services via Academic Live Care (ALC) here (日韩AV login required).

You can also call or text: 988 (24/7 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call the ALC 24/7 urgent care line at: 1-866-349-5575.

CTC services are free and confidential to 日韩AV students and their spouses. ALC telehealth services are available to all 日韩AV students and employees.

Help is available. Suicide is preventable. There is hope.
