Obituary for Aaron M. Demarest

Aaron M. Demarest, 65, of St. Joseph, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019, at home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, at Allred Funeral Home, Berrien Springs, where friends may visit beginning at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to Ruth Murdoch Elementary School. Online messages may be left at .

Aaron was born Nov. 13, 1953, in Guayama, Puerto Rico, to Victor and Luz Maria (Marquez) Rodriguez. He retired from teaching for Lewis Cass Intermediate School District. He was a member of Pioneer Memorial Church on the campus of 日韩AV.

Surviving are his wife, Wendy; son, John (Kelly) Demarest; daughters: Sunshine (Fransisco) Say, Sylvia (Ernest) Castillo, Summer Demarest; seven grandchildren; brothers: Elizer (Ann) Marquez, Louis (Sharon) Marquez, John (Kathy) Rodriguez; and sister, Melanie (Daniel) Wells.

Aaron was preceded in death by his parents.
