In her characteristically friendly, articulate manner, oboist Jennet Ingle explains and explores the Christopher Rouse Obo Concerto, featuring along the way performances of more familiar works by Telemann, Bozza and others. This hour of music will leave you inspired and ready to dare another new music concert in the future. She performs as Principal Oboist of the South Bend Symphony and the Northwest Indiana Symphony and teaches oboe at Valparaiso University. Since 1998 she has owned and operated Jennet Ingle Reeds, and can be found on the web at . Jennet is an active recitalist and recently gave a program of transcriptions, including the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. She is the founder of a new South Bend chamber music series, Musicians for Michiana.
