The 19th Annual Summer School of Addictions focus this year is "FOOD: What a Waist! A New Look at the Consequences of Obesity, its Prevention and Treatment.鈥� Learn directly from several exciting professionals in the fields of nutrition,聽bariatric surgery, religion, psychology, sociology, medicine, public health and government. The special guest will be Bernie Salazar, NBC's 鈥楤iggest Loser鈥� Season 5 at-home winner. Speakers include: Evelyn Cole-Kissinger, Vicki Griffin,聽Michael Schuhknecht and others. SSA is being held in聽the Teen Loft of Pioneer Memorial Church聽May 4鈥�7. A total of 1鈥�3 academic credits BHSC438-001, BHSC648-001, SWOK438-001, SWOK648-001 or 24 clock hours for continuing education are available.
