Position summary
Assists the Communication Systems Coordinator with day-to-day communication processing, data entry, importing of lists, tele-counseling, updates to the enrollment website, answers university switchboard and Recruit related data checking and sending of data to Banner. This includes both undergrad and graduate inquiries through admitted prospective students.
Qualifications summary
Work experience and strong work ethic. Must be proficient enough with computer basics, to learn our processes quickly. A bachelors degree is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities
Generates and packages recipient’s lists for acceptance boxes, large mailing campaigns, packets to churches and academies, and materials for enrollment counselor tours of schools and fairs.
Assists with outgoing mail from the Office of Enrollment to the Post Office; and processes returned mail so our CRM has accurate mailing information.
Tracks mailing and marketing materials inventory.
Generates and mails out letters and emails from CRM to prospective students during each stage of the enrollment process.
Generates and sends weekly prospective students reports to various departments.
Electronic Communications (email, website, social media)
Assists with creating HTML email content, scheduling of email sends, adding email and letter templates to CRM, and tracking email analytics.
Assists with maintaining sections of the Andrews website up to date by using our CMS.
Assists with responding to the enroll@andrews.edu emails responses.
Recruit/Banner Data
Assists the CRM Administrator with Recruit on-going projects.
Assists with the sending of data from Recruit to Banner.
Assists with checking of data integrity in Recruit and Banner.
Inputs new data, such as new prospects, and updates data to maintain accuracy.
Resolves duplicate entries in Recruit and Banner.

Qualifications
Leadership skills, planning, and organization skills, needs to be detail-oriented, have excellent customer service philosophy, and a bonus is a self-starter. The ability to work atonomously and problem-solve. Availability to work during summer break is a plus. Availability to work for 2+ years is preferred.
Technical competencies
Exhibits computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Interpersonal interactions
Responsible to answer the ÈÕº«AV Switchboard (7771 & 0) and Enrollment Management 800 number from 9-5, M-TH and 9-12 on Fridays
Tracks calls and helps with message taking during busy times of the year
Makes calls to prospective undergrad students and parents throughout the enrollment process.
Records conversations and sends follow-up emails.
Assists Enrollment Counselors with calling the admitted students when the counselors are on the road.
Physical demands
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs (occasionally)
Work environment
Mostly office work, sitting or standing at a computer workstation for full 3 hour shifts. Occasional trips to the post office or Lithotech to deliver or pickup marketing materials and mailings.
